Some Effective Ways of Building Bulky Biceps

It is important to understand the importance of good physique. After all it is a precious gift from God. In order to get a good body, we have to build our biceps too.

Strong arms are an attractive feature that women want their man to have. Though, these days, even women want equally stronger biceps. When we talk about a man, a good looking one, we discuss about his physique. Men with good biceps are more attractive than lean ones. Some people are unable to build the biceps even if they try hard through-out their life.

To build biceps one has to follow a good exercise regime. Some guys try dumbbells and some get them bigger by pumps. Here is how to make biceps bigger-

Tip #1:  Don’t torture Your Biceps

The muscles of your biceps are small as compared to your chest, and legs. So don’t go hard on building biceps. You can’t expect the same workload meant for large muscle groups. It makes no sense of straining the small muscles. Three sets of training are enough for biceps.

Tip #2:  Pick the Right Exercise

The most effective way of bicep building is by moving the most weight. Remember, for bicep building you should concentrate on the exercises that can safely allow you to move the weight. Squats are always better than leg extensions.

Four other Bicep Exercises are-

1. Weighted chin up- This exercise allows you to use the weight most. This exercise concentrates on entire body not only hands. When you perform this exercise
put your hands on the chin area facing each other. Then slowly pull your body upwards. Repeat this for ten times you will see it starts to strap the weight to your waist. By this exercise your biceps will look bigger.

2. Friction Barbell Curl – what you have to do is simply curl a barbell. Here bars should be dragged down in a way that it appears to come in front to your shirt. This will make the elbows move back. This is also a way of building biceps in an efficient manner.

3.Cable Curl- Here you have to curl the bar by simply attaching bar handle of the machine to the low pulley. Now bend forward at the waist. Repeat it many times.

4. Preacher Curl exercise is the best for body building. It can be done by a barbell or EZ bar. Here you have to drape the arms over the paddling.

It should be repeated ten times. If you are unable to achieve the target of building your biceps, try the exercises given above. You can add more bars every week for better curling.
